The “Why” of Ebb & Haven

Why Ebb & Haven? A Retreat Rooted in What Women Leaders Truly Need

Over the years, I’ve seen and lived the layered complexities of leadership as a woman. The world often rewards our steadiness, our productivity, our resilience. And yet, beneath that surface strength, many of us carry questions that don’t always have space in our everyday lives: Who am I becoming now? What am I being called to next? What if I paused long enough to hear the answer?

That’s why Sheree and I created Ebb & Haven.

We imagined a space that feels more like an exhale than a checklist. A week held in beauty, community, and quiet enough for deeper truths to surface. We weren’t interested in offering just another leadership workshop or wellness retreat. What we envisioned was a haven for transformation, both in our Selves and the Work we do in the world. We wanted a place for women who are leaders in their lives to rest and reconnect, to explore what’s next from a place of wholeness.

Leadership, especially for women, shifts shape throughout our lives. We grow, stretch, question, and evolve. Often, those growth edges aren’t linear or tidy. There are ebbs that feel disorienting, times when we sense something is ending or changing, but can’t quite name the new beginning. Ebb & Haven Retreats is about honoring those tides.

We offer this retreat as an invitation. A way to step out of roles and routines and into something more elemental. With mindful movement, coaching, deep learning, and embodied practices, we help women gently unearth what is already waiting inside to evolve in their leadership and their lives. There is no need to perform or prove. The structure is spacious, intentional, and grounded in the belief that everything is an offering, nothing is a requirement.

What makes this retreat different is the way it calls us back to ourselves and to each other. We gather not to fix anything, but to remember what is already true. We build community in a way that lasts well beyond the week, and we create new rhythms that sustain us long after we return to our full lives.

If you’re feeling the pull toward a reflective pause and the ensuing growth, if you sense there is something inside you ready to shift, or you simply want to be held in a community of women who are navigating the same call—this retreat is for you.

Come. Exhale. Remember.

You are already whole and you have everything you need for what’s next.
