Our Signature Retreat.

New South Wales - March 2026

  • The Elements.

This isn’t just time away and it isn’t just leadership work. It is a sacred return to your whole Self. Every element of Ebb & Haven has been carefully curated to nourish and stretch the whole of you.

We weave deep learning, leadership growth, an intentional daily rhythm, sensory experiences, community connection, and soulful exploration into each day you are with us. Our hope is that by the end of this experience, we have created a new container for you to hold your leadership along with all of the other roles you embody in a different way.

  • The Flow.

Each day of Ebb & Haven is designed with care and intention, offering just enough structure to hold you, and just enough spaciousness to let you unfold. Together, the days create a rhythm of grounding, reflection, insight, and integration.

No one walks completely alone in their journey through mindset growth and change. Each day will allow shared learning and practices to enhance the way you show up, lead, and care for self and others.

  • The Setting.

Set upon the ancestral lands of the Darkinjung people and nestled just outside of Sydney, Bells at Killcare is surrounded by the majestic and sacred Bouddi National Park. It is one of Australia’s most unique and luxurious retreats, blending coastal charm with a serene bushland setting.

The retreat is spread across lush, landscaped grounds, rich with native flora, flowing streams, a peaceful lake and many coastal bushwalks to explore. Bells at Kilcare offers an immersive experience in nature, a haven in every sense of the word.

  • Founder/Facilitator

Sheree Paterson is a leadership coach, guide, and companion in change, with over two decades of experience walking alongside leaders as they navigate growth, transition and the complexity of being human. A quietly confident presence, Sheree brings a grounded blend of deep expertise and soulful curiosity. Her career spans executive coaching, leadership development and systems thinking, but it’s her lived experience of personal transformation, caregiving and creating a life by the sea that now shapes her work in powerful new ways.

Ebb & Haven emerged from a question that has long called to her: Who are we, beneath the roles we play? And who are we becoming as life shifts around us? Sheree brings decades of experience, but shows up not as an expert, but as a companion in change, co-creating space for deep reflection and grounded insight. She offers frameworks, practices, and invitations drawn from research, real life and years of holding space for courageous growth. With her, nothing is forced. Everything is an offering. And everyone is invited to show up fully, held by community, grounded in wisdom, and open to what's next.

  • Founder/Faciltator

Sara Boone Hartley helps leaders navigate complexity and change by anchoring in what matters most, their own inner wisdom. Her leadership coaching and program design and facilitation is rooted in being fully present, guided by connection and flexible structure. She does not believe in “fixing,” she believes in becoming. Clients describe her coaching as a calm, courageous space where their truth becomes visible, central and actionable.

Sara blends many years of executive-level experience along with her ICF certificate in executive coaching through Georgetown University, deep study in adult development theory, somatic awareness, and a deep reverence for the human story. She walks with leaders as guide, as they reframe challenges, reclaim agency, and remember who they are beneath the complexity and noise.

Whether working with nonprofit executives, business owners, public leaders, or changemakers at a crossroads, she supports transformation that is both tenacious and tender. Sara embraces the “messy grace” - a belief that our most authentic, sustainable growth emerges not from seeking perfection, but from sitting in the mess of it all with presence, reflection, and practice.

  • Embodiment Facilitator

Anne Schoo is a guide of the soul, a nurturer of wholeness, and cultivator of embodied leadership. With over two decades of experience weaving ancient wisdom with modern psychological science, she walks beside others as they navigate life’s unfolding with grace, resilience, and authenticity. Her approach blends heart and intellect—drawing from yogic philosophy, mindfulness, Reiki, psychological insight, and the healing arts. Through nurturing practices, Anne gently invites each person to return to their essence, awakening self-awareness and deepening self-compassion.

As a retreat facilitator, Anne holds space with reverence and warmth, creating sanctuaries where women can rest, replenish, and reconnect with their wholeness. Her grounded presence is inclusive and infused with gentle humor and deep respect for the human journey.

Anne’s intention is that each person leaves with more than just memories—they carry living wisdom, embodied practices, and a sense of both soulful and community connection that continues to nourish their journey long after the retreat ends.
