Our community has a shared way of being. This is how we show up, relate to one another, and grow together:

We come with a mindset of learning and growth, willing to be shaped by what we discover together. We hold our “truths” lightly and stay curious.

We welcome multiple perspectives and we also practice creating new perspectives together, not just defending the ones we arrived with. “Help me see what you see.”
