The Elements.

  • Anchor Sessions

These sessions are the heart of our time together. Designed for both mind and soul, these immersive workshops create space for deep learning, honest dialogue, and powerful self-inquiry.

Here, we explore what it means to be a leader at any table, and in the everyday moments of our lives. We are often leading through change, transition, and reinvention. We examine how the rhythms of our development, our identity, and our season of life shape our leadership in ways often overlooked and unintegrated.

Grounded in established, contemporary theory and held in practice, these sessions offer both structure and sanctuary. They invite us to bring our full selves: ambition, exhaustion, longing, and brilliance into the learning space. Real leadership transformation doesn’t happen apart from life. It happens within it.

  • Nature as Teacher

Leadership often asks us to listen inwardly while staying attuned to what is around us. Nature helps us do both.

Through walk-and-talks, solo wandering, and sensory grounding, you will be invited to notice how the natural world mirrors and teaches. The tides, the wind, the warmth of the sun, they each offer insight into the cycles of our own becoming.

Whether in stillness or movement, nature becomes a trusted companion in this work, helping us remember what it feels like to lead from center.

  • Moments of Nothing

These pauses are not filler. They are essential.

Leadership growth doesn’t always happen in the doing. Sometimes it comes in the space between, when we quiet the noise long enough to hear ourselves.

Throughout our time together, we offer intentional moments of stillness to journal, sense-make, or simply be. These breaks create room for integration, where insight becomes wisdom and presence becomes practice.

  • Twilight Gathering

After dinner, we gather in soft spaces. Maybe a verandah, a garden corner or a cozy lounge. These evenings are slow and soulful, held in the spirit of storytelling and deep listening.

This is not about performance. It’s about presence. We speak honestly here. We share the real stories behind our titles and roles, the ones about growth, about not knowing, about courage and becoming.

In this space, leadership expands and integrates into our spirits. Not through solid answers, but through grappling within connection.

  • Embodied Practices

Each day, we will return to the body. Here, embodiment is not an afterthought, but an integral part of leadership. The strength and flexibility we cultivate in these practices are mirrored in how we show up in our work, our relationships, and our choices.

Through breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, we begin to notice where tension lives, where intuition speaks, and where our presence needs tending.

These practices support your nervous system, deepen your self-awareness, and help you lead with greater clarity and calm. We offer them as invitations, never requirements. These are tools to help you stay rooted in your whole self as you grow.

  • Nourishment for Body and Soul

Food is not just fuel. It is a deeper form of care, a way we honour ourselves and each other. Meals here are intentional, created with healthy, seasonal ingredients that replenish and restore. You’ll eat vibrant, satisfying dishes that sustain your energy and awaken your senses.

Whether sipping tea in the early quiet or sharing laughter over dinner, nourishment becomes part of our leadership and spiritual practice. We begin modeling what it looks like to lead while honouring the body and not as an afterthought. It becomes a source for wisdom, vitality, and sustained capacity.

  • The Rhythm of Life

Life is an intricate dance, with the rhythm changing all the time. Leadership asks us to move with it, to know when to press forward and when to soften. When to listen and when to speak.

On one evening, we gather in celebration of what it is to travel this life as women. We hope there will be laughter, dancing and maybe even singing by the ocean’s spray. You will be invited to bring a song you can’t help but move to, and together, we will create moments of joy, memory, and connection.

  • The Cove

Set apart from the main space, The Cove is our sanctuary for solitude, open throughout the retreat for our guests.

You may write, draw, rest, or simply sit in stillness. As we stretch into new ways of leading and living, The Cove becomes a refuge. It is a space to process, integrate, or simply be.

Often the most important leadership move is the one that asks us to pause, turn inward, listen deeply, and trust what’s unfolding.

Ann Morrow Lindbergh

“We have so little faith in the ebb and flow of life, of love, of relationships. We leap at the flow of time and resist in terror its ebb. We are afraid it will never return. We insist on permanency, on duration, on continuity; when the only continuity possible in life, as in love, is in growth, in fluidity - in freedom.”
