The Flow.

Day One: Arrive and Soften

Monday 26 October

You will arrive at the Bells at Killcare and be welcomed into stillness. The pace slows. The noise fades. Take in the incredible views and deep breaths to clear the clutter.

We arrive, we settle, we begin to sense what’s been moving beneath the surface for you. This day invites you to land gently, connect, and open to a space where flow and stillness can co-exist.

Starting our programming with grounding in the “why” allows us to establish the conditions for effective leadership development: nervous system regulation, presence, and shared orientation. Anchoring into this environment creates space for learning across the week that can be sustained and meaningful.

Day Two: Listen & Inquire

Tuesday 27 October

We explore the moments that interrupt our lives and what they reveal. You will be invited to sit with stillness, notice what’s emerging beneath the surface, be curious and reflect on your relationship with challenge and change. Stillness doesn’t mean stagnation. This day explores the tension between interruption and emergence, breakdown and breakthrough.

These practices strengthen leaders’ capacity for reflective judgment, perspective‑taking, and adaptive response during periods of uncertainty. This is a day for quiet courage and deep listening, that also ends with fun and laughter at a happy hour on the beach!

Day Three: Anchor & Flow

Wednesday 28 October

We shift into vitality. Through practices of embodiment, inner alignment, and even joy, you will explore what it means to flourish, not just survive. We examine how resilience takes multiple forms, including the role of creativity and connection, plus how managing our energy over our time allows a stronger state of flow.

These elements directly influence leadership presence, decision‑making, and relational impact. There is unique depth here and also lightness.

Day Four: Brave & Becoming

Thursday 29 October

As clarity emerges, we begin to look forward. You will have the opportunity to reflect on who and what could be, and what is aligned with your true inner compass.

Essentially, you will be supported to envision who you are becoming as a leader and woman. we begin to shape a new narrative to carry home. Through guided practices, courageous conversations and a shared evening excursion, we honour the threshold between the haven here and what comes next in the ebb and flow of life at home.

Day Five: Integrate & Return

Friday 30 October

Our final morning is a gentle return to integrate the learning and experience.

A closing circle offers space to reflect, to speak truth and gratitude, and to step forward with intention. Our hope is for you to leave grounded, resourced and reconnected with yourself and with a new community of women walking beside you. New pathways and practices to hold your leadership and life a little closer together as a whole human.
